Poor AOT the new airport in Bangkok did not even make it to the best in the world. They can boost it is the newest but it is not even fighting with in top best once.
The best once are Singapore, Hong Kong and Seoul and the Singapore airport is Suvarnabhumi Airport biggest and closest rival to become a major Asian airport hub.
The UK based aviation research organization thought that the Long immigration lines, poor signage and a shortage of toilets are among some the critical problems that have not been effectively dealt with and continue to prevent the airport management from meeting a goal to create high quality passenger service standards.
To bad we do not have the former PM here he would have created a own surveyed and make sure that Suvarnabhumi Airport is the biggest, best airport in the universe followed by Phuket and Chiang Mai air port.
