After Power Punch fitness in Thailand yesterday I talked with some of the girls after and one of them showed me a old photo of here. She is kind of big now as well but when you look at the photo and how many kilos she lost its amazing. Off course loosing lots of kilos requires training in the fitness center but she also stopped eating rice and pasta. You can loose many kilo by stop eating that and even more if you stop drinking soda.
