Thai Police know 1000 rapist but lazy to arrest them

The Thai Police is given a special present on women’s day for all the raped women in Thailand. The Thai police know about 1000 rapist already they just have been to lazy to arrest them. So now on women’s day they are finally launching yes you guest it another crack down on rapist. I do not know how they can sleep at night, don’t they know that once a rapist get away with rape he most certainly will do it over and over again until some one stops him. In this case that would be the Thai Police but because they only arrest rapist once a year so many more women have to suffer during the rest of the year. Hopefully now the Police will follow this up and keep on arresting the rapist until they are all locked in and behind bars.
