Red Shirts left HIV on the streets of Bangkok

A small travel warning that on Saturday the 3 April will be another red demonstration. According to the Reds this will be the biggest yet and maybe they need to create something before the New Year in Thailand. Last Thai New Year the Red Shirts and the military battled on the streets for a few days in Bangkok and we do not want to have that again.

There is also more tension now because another group calling for peace have started to irritate the Red Shirts and they will march against them near Siam Square.

The Red Shirts do not like either that the Thai government is trying to blame them for having HIV and other nasty stuff in the blood that was spilled around the Government house and other places in Bangkok. If that many places donate blood the chance of anybody having some disease is pretty big but I would not call it a danger since nobody touched it. The HIV virus dies pretty fast outside the body and you cannot get HIV by stepping on it with your shoes for example.

Stay safe this weekend go to the beach or something but do not take your car around Bangkok.
