In Bangkok not many people turned out to vote for the new constitution they went out from Bangkok for a holiday. What did the government think? The only people that need to get extra days off and extra money for that matter is the one that need to go all the way 12 hours to vote.

All parties will give money to everyone that votes and the voters promise to vote on both of them off course.
