The Thai government will put a new law in affect after the Santika fire. The law will make sure all nightclubs and venues have an insurance that cover third parties.
They will also make sure that the permits are closely watched and people breaking the law will have their club or bar closed down.
Most of Thailand nightclubs are big death traps and maybe the farang style of outside bar is the safest way to party.
