Can get 2 years for being rude in Thailand

A English with African decent man has been charged being rude to an Immigration officer in Phuket Thailand. When I went out from the country a few days ago I can see they have a big note that said that you can get two years in prison for being rude to a Thai official.

The immigration stopped the man when he left Phuket because his passport photo was not correct. Thailand has a big problem with African people using Thailand as a transit country for fake passports.

Also Cambodia has the same policy when I was there they only checked one person and that was the black guy in a suit. As soon as they saw him they took him inside the office and checked up the rest of the other 300 people on the plane could go.

The English man now faces up to 2 years in prison after being rude and offensive against Thailand and the officer.
