There is already a wild debate going on in the Thai forums about the new book from the Culture Ministry and what could be in the book, according to the culture ministry its a manners book.

If you want to buy a house or apartment in Thailand make sure you be ready to move out in no time at all because we might change the rules next week.
5.
Never think you actually own your company in Thailand we do and just to remind you about that we can revoke or deny you entry visa at random embassy’s at any time.
6.
Please do not were shoes insides the house because its full with garbage we trough out the window.
7.
Do not take you dark skinned girl friend to any meetings since she is a lower class.
If you want to marry this drug addicted, twice married, ex hooker from a bar just because she tells you “she loves you long time†Be ready to pay at least 100 0000 THB and build a house for her parents. If you want to take her home please make sure that you send at least 20 000 THB per month her family. If you ever find out that the real price was nothing and you actually saved the parents face do not blame us it’s your fault for not speak Thai.
8.
If you are a backpacker we do not want you in Thailand we only want you to move on to Laos or Cambodia were you can visit the great Thai temple Ankor Wat.
9.
The Hill Tribes and other minorities are not really Thai people and we will never give them Thai ID but as long as you keep giving us money for see them we let them stay. That’s how nice we are.
10.
Please consider all death in Tourist areas as Phuket, Pattaya Chang Mai as self inflicted or accidents. Even if he or she was shoot from 10 meters or run over twice.
