I just got my new insurance that cover me in almost any situation. I can even stay in a 5 star hospital up to 16 000 THB per night. They will fly me home to my country If I can get better help there. I actually did not check if they will cover a I know in America this is a common thing and with big traffic jams is necessary to have one. I know there is one or two helicopters in Phuket that flies to Phi Phi island in South Phuket Thailand but I am not sure there is any in Bangkok where I live.
In Bangkok there should really be a air ambulance to take care of critical cases because the traffic jam can be so bad that people die even if they did not have to just because they got stuck in the traffic. If you have a helicopter license and some extra money I think its diffidently a way to make money in Thailand to fly super rich people to hospital to avoid the traffic jams. I am sure the insurance company would pay for it as well or at least some part of it and I think there is big market throughout Thailand for it.
