True Customer or me are right who will win?

Amazing True Company in Thailand, they do not even have the name True Thailand first on a Google search how you expect them to even run an internet company.

I been ranting them so many times over the last years what problems they caused me and so many other internet bloggers have written about them as well. Here you can see some of the nice things I have written about True.

I have hoped that they fixed the problem they are having by themselves but after 10 days I can not stand the internet jumping on and off all the time. I called them and he came back and asked me if paid my bill?

Short story: they can not find my bill and have not sent me one for 5 month and I have asked for it many time so not my fault.

He then asked me about the modem and I told him I have a Pro Link and he answer as usual that they not have Pro Link daaaa they said that before so many times and they sold it to me but True Internet Thailand always denies it.

Then he tried to set the modem but I could hear he had no idea and he said he have to send a technical staff even if the girl from True Customer Support last week did know what the problem was and how to set this modem.

He also told me that the True Network did not have any problems and them if it was my problem I had to pay for the guy from True that is coming to my house. I said sue me for the money I have 5 friends they have the same problem and he said only you (how can they lie to you straight in the face?)

We basically ended the conversation there because I can not stand people lying to you in the face or well over the phone.

My assumption that is True Internet that has problem and not me is based on this

I never have problem for 5 month with True Thailand.
I had the same setting for True since 4 years.
I had a power problem just before the problem started
5 of my friend have the same problem with True and True Customers Support denying it.
The light on the modem is never down but the internet goes down for 30 sec.

Only one thing that talks to their advantage is that my modem could be damage in the blackout but how do they explain my friend’s problem then? I will bring a new modem here tomorrow and I can exclude that to.
