Since the PPP lead government thing that there will be an election soon they are going out their way to promote popular things like free water bill.
They also have reduced electric and oil prices for the poorest people that voted them to power last year.
Since my water bill is in the name of a Thai person and I do not use that much water I came under the legal limit and got free water bill until next year.
