Thailand strict cyber laws will be tested when a young girl is put to court for using another persons photos. The girl was in love with a boy and used models photos to chat him up. She then learned that the boy has a girlfriend so she tracked her down and used her photos for sex ads.
All this was going on the popular website Hi5 Thailand and the police arrested the women last week outside Bangkok.
The women were charged with cyber defamation and can face up to 5 years in prison where she will have plenty of new girl friends.
