A popular trend by “young†Thai girls has to been to put in extra braces for the teeth. Some “older†Thai girls in the mid 30 want to look younger since most Thai girls that have braces are in the teens they want to copy them.
Most of them are put in on markets or by some beauty salons and not by proper dentists.
These fashion braces are full with toxin and are not safe to use by any standards. They are not put in a proper way.
Now Thailand has one of its first deaths related to the fashion braces, a 17 year old girl died from poisoning and infection.
