I tried the Thai Embassy in Sweden as a first Embassy in my experiment how the Thailand Embassies will answer emails and so far it has gone 2 month since they got my email and not answered. I guess you can say that they will never answer the emails I sent them. I will try the other embassies as soon as I can and report what I found.
