Bangkok town has finish the inspection of the Santika fire and it will be much easier to list what the Santika Pub (disco) had done correct because that was zero.
There are no permits for constructions, for having a disco and for changing the building. Santika owners also never paid any taxes and basically did nothing for Bangkok at all.
The Bangkok governor said he will punish all people done something wrong, but we all know that’s not going to happen. 99 % of all the bars in Bangkok do the same and pay under the table to get away with it.
If he wants to punish people then he need to kick everybody out and start from scratch, but we know he is not going to do that.
