Petrol Sales in Thailand stopped

Petrol Sales in Thailand stopped

I am not sure not that the Redshirts are trying to close down the country or the Thai government is trying to make things worse. The Police and not the Red Shirt will close down Bangkok from 12.00 Friday. The Thai government is now suspending petrol sales to everyone so people can not travel; they think that will stop the red shirts from coming to Bangkok.

Have anyone in the media really checked how many is going to come? Where do you hide 1 million people? I mean they must have some estimate? Is the Thai government really going to scream wolf every time a Red Shirt jump out from the rice fields?

I think that the Thai government is doing people a favors keeping people safe but this is like we waiting for some kind of big red dragon that will come crawling down from north Thailand.

People in Thailand have the right to express their feelings and it is not the government’s duty to suspend any media channel or stop petrol sale for them to do so.

The Thai government is right now trying to close down the Redshirts TV channel to make them less mobile. It surprised me a lot that the Red Shirt did not protect their channel better since they got it closed down last time as well.

This petrol stop will probably not work because people working in a petrol station seldom listen to what the government in Bangkok says. But in any case if you want to travel this weekend maybe you should check your extra tank.
