No water on the plane from 1 June

As usual the Thailand Airport Authority have failed to notify the public about the new rules the decided to put in affect the 1 of June 2007. You can not longer take any water or perfume onboard the planes your water have to be under 100 milliliter. Everybody that buys a new ticket might be aware of the problem but people that are returning home from Thailand was not informed when they landed or when they confirmed their tickets.

Some customers are angry and want to destroy the perfumes they bought so that no one can use them. I am sure that most of the goods that they say is going to be destroyed going to end up in some second hand market in Bangkok. When people are selling Thai airways headsets and blankets in China Town you know the airport is corrupt.

Please also check with your travel agency if you change plane in Europe because even if you buy approved Duty free in Thailand they might confiscate it when you change the plane.
