The skirts must now reach over the knee and the blouse can not be tight or open to revel anything to sexy.
According to the government the students will also be forbidden from smoking, drinking alcohol and flirting in school.

Good! Try teaching those little Lolitas as they continuously flash their crotches at you. Skirts below the knees and normal fitting blouses would be much, much better. In addition, I would empower the teachers with the right to throw non-conformers out of class each time they break the dress code.
