I have been in Thailand 7 years and I want to move down to Pattaya Jomtien.
My knowledge about the house market is pretty good and I am an easy person so please no tourist or first time Thailand offers.
I need long term rent house with garden 5-8 bedroom and private swimming
pool in Pattaya. Must be close to beach (Na Jomtien, Jomtien, Pattaya, or
Wongamat; maximum 5 minutes by car).
5 bedrooms need to be big size (double bed and extra space for child bed).
House should be nicely furnished.
Broadband connection and phone line installed, area should be saferty.
Second option is a small house with big garden and pool same location and spec
