Indian Navy sank a Thai fishing boat outside Somalia. They said they come under fire from the Somali pirates and sank the ship with the hostage.
The Indian navy felt that they were forces to shoot back and sink the fishing ship or aka they were trigger happy.
If they have hostages do not attack them Gandhi should have said.
