The Royal River Hotel on Soi Charansanitwong 66 is near Soi Charansanitwong 89 and that street is a hangout for gangsters, drug dealers and drug addicts.

Kosan road and all its hotels and guest houses is near the Victory Monument and the Soi Wat Makok on Rajvithi Road has a big problem with robbery or sexual assault. The problem is so bad that the people that live there do not want to go out at night.
