This year the Chinese New Year and the Valentines holiday will come on the same day. Maybe not the best of things to happen but what can you do.
This means that most hotels will be fully booked during the weekend ending on Sunday the 14 of February.
For the consumer the price will off course go up more than normal when the hotels, bars and restaurants will try to squeeze so much of this recession as possible.
Some places in Thailand will probably work together to push the price even further by creating a monopoly. Try avoiding this by booking in advance and make sure you check other destinations before booking.
If you are waiting for last minute prices this is not one of the weekends you will get your will trough. Many Chinese people from the mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan will come to Thailand as well for the Chinese New Year.
Chinese New Year also involves loads of flowers and that off course will lead to the flowers price will go up as well.
Our friends at Thailand Flowers Delivery will keep a low price as usual during Valentine and you can find them at
