The Commerce Ministry of Thailand and the vendors of the notorious Patpong night market gave Thailand a nice new face.
The commerce Ministry wanted to close down all the pirate goods but the vendors that regularly pay to the mafia and the police to keep open got furious.
The Ministry had to call the police since the vendors attack the Ministry with sticks and guns.
The police arrested some vendors and took some of them to the police station but that are now released on bail.
The Ministry of Thailand said the raids will continue every two days now until they stop selling copies. We can expect further clashes with the vendors and if you visiting Patpong you better watch your step.
