China wants Burma to stop fighting the different rebel and ethnics groups close to the Chinese border. China is one of the few trading partners Burma has left and normally China do not interfere but when thousands refugees start coming over the border to China they acted.
China said in a press statement that they are worried about the stability in the region and that Burma should stop fight. Nobody has been fighting in these regions for 20 years and analyst speculating that the military regime wants to control more regions before the election.
No news agency in Thailand have picked up the news yet.
Still until today the Thai English newspapers was very silent regarding this 2010.
