Children protection group on the look out for Pattaya pedophiles

Malcolm Henry Payne, 59, and Robert Alexander Horsman, 45, both from Britain; Robert Roy Lond, 62, from the United States; and 66-year-old Fritz Deiter Blattner, from Germany was arrested for abducting children a more in Pattaya. They have been on a list of 50 pedophiles that the Children protection group gave the Pattaya Police.
In 3 month they found 4 people on the list and arrested them. Maybe the rest of the men were innocent or just did not do any crime in Thailand that could be proven. But is strong warning to the rest of the pedophile community in Pattaya to stop what they are doing. People are actually watching you even if it is not the Police.
