About 50 families have been cheated by a Swedish man named Curt Timhede what he says is his Thai friend and her husband. The holiday village in Bang Phra has been described asâ€apartment with rehab†and should be a perfect place for children families.
The company that also had a Swedish office has taken about 150 million THB in advance payment money that now the “mystery†man taken out.
The thing is that even if this mystery man did take out this money and the Sweden Curt never went to the Police with the excuse that they never believe him. He also created lots of other companies in similar names and kept on selling.
My advice to the buyers is to get a private detective and sue him and the company for what ever they have in Thailand it will not cost them much and they might get something back.
The land is now sold to another company and in most cases in Thailand this person is connected to the fraudulent people in some way.
