The Thai police and the Thai military is setting up 128 different road blocks around Bangkok to make sure nothing happens now when the state of emergency is over.
The red shirts will hold a rally today and they ask all different shirts to come and join the rally. Anyone with any color of shirts is welcome and Thaksin will not phone in.
I guess they do not want angry Bangkok people to attack them again and they want to make sure the rally is peaceful.
